Jeff Bianchi
Jeff Bianchi, founder of Bianchi Baseball Academy, is a respected figure in professional and amateur baseball with a passion for developing athletes on and off the field. A 2005 graduate of Lampeter Strasburg High School, Jeff led his team to a state championship and was selected in the 2nd round of the MLB Draft by the Kansas City Royals.
Jeff enjoyed a 12-year professional playing career, including more than two years at the Major League level with the Milwaukee Brewers and Boston Red Sox. He also proudly represented Team USA, earning a silver medal in international competition at the Pan Am games in 2015.
Following his playing career, Jeff transitioned into a front office role as a professional scout for the Milwaukee Brewers, where he spent four years evaluating talent across the professional, amateur, and international landscapes. His eye for talent and deep knowledge of the game made him a valuable asset to the Brewers organization.
A Lancaster, PA native, Jeff has served as the hitting coach for the Lancaster Barnstormers for the past 4 seasons. Under his guidance, the Barnstormers led the league in hitting in 2022 and 2023, and were crowned Atlantic League Champions in 2022 and 2023.
Through Bianchi Baseball Academy, Jeff now dedicates his energy to mentoring and training youth athletes, teams, and coaches. His mission is to help young players grow not just as athletes, but as confident and respectful individuals. With a focus on fundamentals, mindset, and character development, Jeff brings a Major League approach to local diamonds.
Away from the field, Jeff treasures time with his high school sweetheart and wife, Nicole, and their three children—Novella, Josie, and Bennett. Together, they enjoy an active, community-focused lifestyle and remain deeply connected to their Lancaster roots.
