What are your hours of operation?
Hours are subject to change weekly. Please refer to our booking page to see what day/times are available.
Can I book a lesson last minute?
Lessons can be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
How do I schedule and pay for my lesson?
All lessons are booked online and payment will be collected at booking confirmation.
What is your cancellation policy?
All sales are final. You have the flexibility to schedule lessons on a first-come, first-served basis and may reschedule or cancel a lesson up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for any reason. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson will result in forfeiture, and the lesson cannot be rescheduled. This policy applies to both individual lessons and bundled packages. Cancelled lessons in bundles will be put back into your bundle automatically. Individual lessons that are cancelled will be offered as a credit for future use. There will be no refunds.

Do bundled lessons expire?
Yes, bundles of 5 are set to expire 9 months after purchase date. No refunds or credits will be awarded if unused.
What should I bring to my lesson?
Each individual will be responsible to bring their own bat and glove, and any other personal baseball equipment they feel necessary to have for the lesson. No need to brings balls, tees, or other training equipment.
Is there a waiting area for family to wait?
When entering the garage, there will is small sitting/waiting area to watch and wait. You are more than welcome to leave and return at the conclusion of the lesson.
Do you offer softball lessons?
I currently am not offering softball training lessons. However, continue to check back for more info as softball may be coming in the future.
