Jeff Bianchi, founder of Bianchi Baseball Academy, graduated from Lampeter Strasburg High School in 2005 a state champion and a 2nd round draft pick of the Kansas City Royals. Jeff played 12 successful seasons in professional baseball, including over 2 years at the Major League level with the Milwaukee Brewers and Boston Red Sox, and is a silver medalist for Team USA. 

At the conclusion of his playing career, Jeff began scouting with the Milwaukee Brewers. For 4 years, he served as an asset in evaluating and acquiring talent across the world at the professional, amateur, and international levels. 

A native to Lancaster, PA, Jeff has been the hitting coach for the Lancaster Barnstormers each of the last 3 seasons. The Barnstormers have led the league in hitting in 2022 and 2023 and won the championship in 2022. He enjoys spending quality time with his high school sweetheart, Nicole, and 3 children, Novella, Josie, and Bennett.
